Conditions Of Bookings & Cancellations

Confirmation

A provisional booking is normally held for 7 days unless alternative arrangements have been made. A provisional booking puts neither party under any obligation to confirm the function. The booking will be released unless a deposit is paid within 7 days.

Payment

Any outstanding amount must be paid 7 days before the event. Any queries concerning the account should be made on payment of the bill.

Number Of Guests

When confirming your booking the Venue is notified of the approximate number of guests expected to attend the function. Final numbers of guests should be confirmed 7 days before the function.

Prices

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that bookings taken more than six months in advance may be subject to price increases.

Loss OR Damage

Damage to the property of Bidds will be charged to the organiser of the function when the damage occurs. Charges will be made to replace any damaged article and any labour costs to the property. Unreasonable amounts of clearing up after a function may incur a nominal charge based upon equipment and labour costs. Bidds does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests property however caused.

Miscelleneous

Bidds are entitled to annul the contract without obligation to pay compensation of any kind by reason of strike, lockout, fire, restrictions of deliveries or other special circumstances beyond the control of Bidds.
